About Me

My family is the most important thing to me, but they can never know that. My friends know I talk about my family to an excessive level. I have been very fortunate to have not only two loving parents (Kurt & Caroline) and a brother (Peter) who support me in all my endeavors but also amazing grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins who love me and care for me so much! I may be the only 21 year old boy who considers spending a month in Arizona with his mom and 6 aunts, who are all AARP members, as fun.

I am hardly athletic, but I do enjoy watching sports and playing sports, except for hockey and golf. However, tennis is my favorite sport to play, it's the only sport that I have some skill in and I am on the Club Tennis team at St. Thomas. In addition to playing tennis, I do enjoy rock climbing with my friends. I am a disappointed fan of all Minnesota sports teams. I guess I may have to start cheering for Chicago teams like my dad does, but he always seems to be disappointed in them too.

Okay, my dog Polly may actually be more important to me than my family, just kidding! But, I do love my dog so much. She is two years old and is full of energy and love. My entire family adores as she is our first family has had. If there is one thing that people know about me is that I have a Goldendoodle named Polly because I never shut up about her. But c'mon, look at this picture, there is no way you have seen anything more precious in your life. Sorry not sorry!

The amount of times I've been told by my family that I am "perfect for reality TV" is probably excessive but I love that comment. I live for competition reality shows like Survivor, Big Brother, and The Amazing Race. I would love to be on any of these shows as I am way too competitive and they look so fun. However, my biggest guilty pleasure shows are definitely RuPaul's Drag Race and Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. You can't get more entertaining than drag queens throwing as much shade as possible on national television while competing in absolutely bizarre challenges.

When I was younger, my favorite show was the Amazing Race, where teams would race around the world, which show gave me the travel bug. Since I was a little kid my favorite place has been the airport and I knew I wanted to travel as much as possible throughout my life. Hearing stories of my dad's travels throughout his "Pre-kids life" made me want to see and experience everything I could. My parents saw this bug in me and took my family to London when I was 12 and I haven't been able to resist a chance to travel since!
